Snap Print & Design currently operates over 149 business centres across Australia, making this the largest network of franchised printing & graphic design centres nationwide.
Geotech first began working with Snap back in 2010, with a number of changes and developments occurring since then. In late 2018, Snap’s newly appointed Chief Marketing Officer Sonia Shwabsky joined the network, bringing Geotech back in to assist with driving a new transformational strategy for the business. Due to a proliferation of online print competitors and the growth of cheap website design agencies, the Snap marketing team knew that a repositioning and brand focus were necessary for the growth of the business, with a strong focus on customer service and the core products for which they are known so well.
Geotech were asked to analyse the key factors which were driving sales across all Snap Centres, provide insights on viable territory prospects, and to use all accumulated data to aid in the underpinning of strong growth opportunities. In addition, Geotech were able to build new territories using an interactive mapping portal, which can then be used by Staff members internally at Snap to gather market intelligence. This mapping portal enables the user to view existing territory shaded boundaries, click each of the territories and view specific data around the size & types of businesses, as well as competitors in these regions.
A ranking has also been created by Geotech, focusing on existing franchised territories, profiling the potential revenue and highlighting those areas that may be under performing based on the size of the revenue opportunities for each.
