Working with McDonald’s has taught us quite a few valuable lessons.
McDonald’s is one of (if not the) most recognisable brands in the world and has a certain way of doing business that is quite unique compared to many other brands we work with.
Known for showing immense loyalty to their suppliers and partners (while expecting excellence in return), we now know first-hand what it means to be part of a very select group of companies lucky enough to partner with this icon.
Bruce Waddington, the Managing Director for Geotech Information, first approached the McDonald’s Senior Development Director in 2015 and have been working collaboratively with them ever since. The application of Geotech predictive models gives McDonald’s and its franchisees the confidence they need when moving forward with a new restaurant.
If there is one thing McDonald’s prioritises, it is having access to the very best information and intelligence, and Geotech was happy to oblige.
The benefits definitely flow both ways however. Seeing first-hand the professional and meticulous way McDonald’s run their business, and the way they execute their partner relationships, could (and should) be a lesson for any business – particularly those in the franchise space.
