Benchmarking Analysis

Geotech can assist clients not only with large, established networks, but also networks with only a small number of stores.

Geotech has created a process called Benchmarking Analysis, which allows smaller, less established store networks to gain an understanding on what might be driving store sales, and where to put efforts into looking for new strategic site locations. Benchmarking Analysis also allows clients to gauge how a new store would perform compared to the remainder of the existing network.
